Another passing
My father has finally passed on. I am surprised that he has lived this long... he has been in failing health for years, and many of our family members felt sure that it was only his love and feeling of responsibility for our Mom that kept him going. When she passed a couple of years ago, we fully expected him to follow her very soon. But he didn't. He just had this indomitable will to live. It served him well. He has seen his grandchildren grow up into their teen years to be active and responsible young people, and he has seen his first Great-Grandson.... twice. Rest in Peace Poppie. You were a great Dad, a your family will miss you.
