DEEP FREEZE

Oh. My Goodness! We have had almost 2 weeks of sub 0*(degree) temperatures and it felt like there was no end in sight! We also got a bit of snow here and there, but not a lot.  Just a skiff to a couple of inches... But there was NO going out for a walk - going out at ALL was highly undesirable!  DH had very few working days, so that was good. This past week the kids were out of school a couple of days, so that reduced the number of times this old granny had to wait out in the deep chill for school pick-up!
